“As a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, I trained and practiced in New York City for many years enjoying integrating holistic ideas and therapies with my traditional training. In 1996 I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico to devote more time to my own spiritual seeking and to study spiritual healing. Eventually I moved to Ojai, California where I currently practice Integrative Medicine, combining the richness of my varied experiences and inquires.

Under the umbrella of Internal Medicine I focus primarliy on a holistic approach to help one regain balanced health. This involves personalized nutrition, optimizing digestion, detoxification including chelation therapy, mind-body counseling, rebalancing neurotransmitters naturally and the judicious use of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women.

I offer conventional medicines when it is really necessary, yet my overall approach is one in which I utilize nutrition, amino acids, herbal therapies and mind-body counseling. Bioidentical hormones are a growing part of my practice and include specialized thyroid preparations, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, dhea, cortisol and growth hormone.”
